We are mourning the loss of good pine trees. We had to cut them down to make room for more deciduous trees who are growing, cedar trees, and the metal roof we are putting on the house. But sad, all the same. They were friends. We’ll be planting more native hardwoods there in the fall, like Tulip Poplars and using the lumber for a barn expansion and raised beds.
Daddy and Butch were also able to complete our greywater drain from the house!
